Job Description

We are seeking a skilled Power Plant Operator to manage and operate methane gas generation systems. The ideal candidate will ensure the smooth and safe operation of the plant while adhering to environmental regulations and safety protocols.

Responsibilities

  • Conduct regular inspections and maintain methane gas generation systems.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to troubleshoot performance issues.
  • Ensure timely repairs and replacements of faulty components.
  • Participate in the development of safety protocols and compliance measures.
  • Document operations and maintenance activities accurately.
  • Engage in continuous improvement initiatives for system efficiency.
  • Assist new team members in understanding operational procedures.
  • Facilitate smooth communication between departments.
  • Lead training sessions on safety and technical procedures.
  • Monitor environmental impact and implement mitigation strategies.

Requirements

Education
  • Degree in Mechanical, Electrical, or Environmental Engineering
  • Relevant technical certifications are preferred
Experience
  • 5+ years of experience in energy generation or a related field.
