Job Description

We are seeking a detail-oriented Data Migration Specialist to assist in data management and migration activities. This role requires collaboration with various stakeholders to ensure successful data transfers and implement best practices within our data frameworks.

Responsibilities

• Lead data extraction, transformation, and loading (ETL) processes for migrations.
• Use data profiling techniques to assess and clean existing datasets.
• Assist in the creation of testing protocols to validate migrated data.
• Engage with clients to understand their data needs and ensure alignment with migration projects.
• Monitor and report on project progress and any discrepancies found.
• Implement automation tools to enhance migration efficiency.
• Align data migration efforts with best practices and compliance standards.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Data Science or related field
• Master's degree in IT or Data Management is preferred

Experience

• 5+ years of experience in data management and transformation
