Job Description

We are looking for a compassionate and dedicated Registered Nurse to join our team in Brighton. You will play a key role in delivering high standards of care, supporting patients, and ensuring they feel valued and cared for throughout their treatment journey.

Responsibilities

  • Provide excellent patient care in accordance with best practices.
  • Conduct thorough health assessments to identify patient needs.
  • Administer prescribed medications and manage IV therapy.
  • Document all patient interactions accurately.
  • Work collaboratively with doctors and other healthcare professionals to enhance patient care.
  • Provide guidance and mentorship to junior nursing staff.
  • Participate in community health education initiatives.
  • Ensure a clean and safe environment for patients.
  • Engage in continuous professional development.

Requirements

Education
  • Registered Nurse (RN) qualification
  • Advanced practice degree is an asset
Experience
  • 3+ years of nursing experience preferred
