Job Description

As a Sack Department Supervisor, you will be responsible for managing and leading the sack department within our busy warehouse. You will ensure that all operations align with company policies while providing coaching and support to your team. Your role will be crucial in maintaining high standards of productivity and efficiency.

Responsibilities

  • Lead the team in executing daily tasks while adhering to health and safety regulations.
  • Ensure the efficient allocation of resources and staff within the department.
  • Monitor inventory levels and coordinate restocking activities.
  • Drive continuous improvement initiatives within the sack department.
  • Report on department performance and suggest improvements to senior management.
  • Engage in regular team meetings to discuss performance and challenges.
  • Respond effectively to customer inquiries and resolve issues promptly.
  • Foot the necessary training and development for team members.

Requirements

Education
  • Vocational qualification in warehousing or logistics
Experience
  • 3+ years in a supervisory role within a warehouse environment
