Job Description

As an Upkeep Worker, you will play a crucial role in maintaining our facilities, ensuring safety, and enhancing operational effectiveness. You will be responsible for performing various maintenance tasks, troubleshooting issues, and collaborating with a team of professionals to provide a well-maintained environment.

Responsibilities

• Execute repairs to fixtures, appliances, and infrastructure.
• Perform inspections and preventive maintenance of equipment.
• Maintain an organized workspace and inventory of tools.
• Collaborate with other staff to manage maintenance projects.
• Communicate effectively with supervisors regarding workload and issues.
• Participate in emergency response scenarios as needed.

Requirements

Education

• NVQ Level 2 or equivalent in Engineering or Maintenance

Experience

• Preferred experience in facilities management or similar role

Certifications

• CSCS Card (Construction Skills Certification Scheme)

Languages
