Job Description

As a Curer, you will be integral to our production process, applying your skills in meat processing and preservation to deliver premium products. This role requires adherence to strict quality and hygiene standards while collaborating closely with a team to meet production goals.

Responsibilities

  • Ensure all equipment and workstations are cleaned and sanitized before and after use.
  • Assist in training new staff on curing techniques and safety protocols.
  • Conduct regular maintenance checks on curing machinery to ensure optimal performance.
  • Participate in team meetings to discuss production goals and efficiency improvements.
  • Report any equipment failures or safety concerns to the supervisor immediately.

Requirements

Education
  • High School diploma or equivalent
  • NVQ Level 2 in Food Production is a plus
Experience
  • Familiarity with meat processing and food production environments is essential.
