Job Description

As a Personnel Training Officer, you will design, implement, and manage training programmes tailored to the needs of our workforce. Your role will ensure that employees are equipped with the skills and knowledge necessary to excel in their roles, fostering a culture of continuous learning within the organisation.

Responsibilities

  • Conduct research to determine training needs and gaps within the workforce.
  • Develop training content that is engaging and informative, catering to diverse employee needs.
  • Utilise various training delivery methods, including e-learning, hands-on workshops, and seminars.
  • Analyse feedback and assess the impact of training on employee performance.
  • Provide mentorship and support to employees participating in training programmes.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align training initiatives with organisational goals.
  • Implement new training technologies and e-learning tools as needed.
  • Manage administrative tasks related to training activities.
  • Report on training outcomes and suggest improvements to training programmes.
  • Promote participation in training initiatives and encourage feedback from employees.

Requirements

Education
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Adult Education, or a related field
  • Professional training certifications are preferred but not essential
Experience
  • At least 2 years of experience in a training or learning and development role
