Job Description
As a Color Room Attendant, you will be responsible for managing the color room, mixing hair color formulas, and applying colors to clients' hair. This role requires excellent attention to detail and customer service skills.
Responsibilities
Organize and manage the color room for optimal functionality.
Prepare and mix hair dyes to meet client specifications.
Apply hair color treatments skillfully and safely.
Support colorists during client appointments and procedures.
Keep tools and color stations clean and organized.
Resolve client issues and ensure high levels of satisfaction.
Maintain accurate records of color formulas and treatments used.
Assist in training new staff in color room procedures.
Stay engaged in ongoing beauty education.
Perform additional tasks to support the team as needed.
Requirements
Education
Cosmetology diploma or certificate
Experience
Experience in a salon or customer service role is advantageous.
