An Art Educator position is available at our institution. The role involves teaching and inspiring students in various art techniques and helping them develop their artistic skills.
Responsibilities
Plan, develop, and deliver art lessons and workshops to diverse groups of learners.
Facilitate creative activities and provide guidance to students in various art techniques and mediums.
Assess and evaluate student progress, providing constructive feedback and guidance for improvement.
Create and maintain a positive and inclusive learning environment, fostering creativity and artistic expression.
Develop and adapt lesson plans to meet the individual needs and interests of students.
Collaborate with other art educators to develop curriculum and educational resources.
Stay updated with current art trends, techniques, and educational practices.
Organize and participate in art exhibitions, showcases, and events.
Maintain accurate records of student attendance, achievements, and progress.
Requirements
Education
A degree in Fine Arts, Art Education, or a relevant field is preferred
Experience
Experience working with students with special educational needs is advantageous.
