Job Description

We are looking for a skilled Skip Pitman to join our waste management team in London. The successful candidate will be responsible for supervising the loading, unloading, and transportation of skips and other waste containers. A strong work ethic and attention to detail are essential to ensure compliance with safety and operational standards.

Responsibilities

• Drive skip lorries to clients' premises to collect and empty skips.
• Sort and dispose of skip contents in the appropriate waste management facility.
• Conduct daily vehicle checks to ensure the roadworthiness of equipment.
• Adhere to safety regulations and procedures at all times.
• Deliver exceptional customer service and provide timely updates to clients.
• Stay flexible with work hours and be prepared for overtime as needed.

Requirements

Education

• No formal qualifications required, but experience in waste management is preferred.

Experience

• Previous experience in waste management or a related field is preferred.
