We are seeking a skilled Process Optimization Specialist to join our Sheffield manufacturing team. The ideal candidate will leverage their expertise to enhance productivity, streamline operations, and implement innovative solutions that drive efficiency. Candidates should have a strong background in manufacturing processes and a passion for continuous improvement.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate current processes and propose actionable recommendations.
• Conduct regular audits of manufacturing processes to ensure compliance.
• Liaise with suppliers to ensure materials are optimal for the processes.
• Research and incorporate new technologies that enhance manufacturing capabilities.
• Provide analytical support for capital projects related to process improvements.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering or Manufacturing Engineering
• Master's degree is preferred

Experience

• 5+ years of experience in a manufacturing role with a focus on process improvement

Technical Skills

• Kaizen
• Manufacturing Software

Soft Skills

• Analytical thinking

Certifications

• Certified Manufacturing Engineer (CMfgE)
• Lean Six Sigma Black Belt

Languages

• English: Fluent
