Job Description

As a Billing and Posting Clerk, you will be responsible for managing the billing processes for our clients. Your keen eye for detail and strong numeracy skills will ensure that invoicing is accurate and timely, enabling a smooth cash flow for the company.

Responsibilities

  • Prepare and send out invoices promptly.
  • Check billing data accuracy and rectify discrepancies.
  • Interact with clients to address and resolve billing inquiries.
  • Update billing information and ensure data integrity in the records.
  • Manage payment processes and reconciliation tasks.
  • Support the finance team during month-end financial closing.
  • Work with cross-functional teams for streamlined billing operations.
  • Deliver top-notch customer service to enhance client satisfaction.
  • Comply with all regulatory and policy standards related to billing.
  • Prepare regular reports on billing activities for management review.

Requirements

Education
  • A-levels or equivalent
  • Professional qualification in accounting or finance (e.g. ACCA, CIMA) is preferred but not essential.
Experience
  • 1+ years of experience in a billing or accounting role.
