Job Description

We are on the lookout for a proficient IT Systems Analyst to join our Sunderland team. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of IT systems, a knack for troubleshooting, and a passion for optimising business processes. You will play a vital role in liaising with various departments, ensuring the systems in place are functioning effectively and meeting organisational objectives.

Responsibilities

• Conduct regular reviews of current IT systems and processes.
• Provide technical support to colleagues and clients as needed.
• Work with external vendors to resolve any third-party software issues.
• Create and maintain user documentation and training materials.
• Facilitate user acceptance testing for system changes.
• Develop and oversee project plans for IT-related projects.
• Assist in data migration and data integrity checks during system updates.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Information Technology or related field
• Further qualifications (e.g., Master's) are advantageous

Experience

• 4+ years in systems analysis, support or relevant IT roles
