Job Description

We are seeking competent Metal-Refining Furnace Operators to oversee the furnace operations in our production facility. The ideal candidate will possess hands-on experience in operating and tending metal refining furnaces, with a keen eye for detail to ensure quality control and adherence to safety standards.

Responsibilities

• Control the operation of refining furnaces by managing temperature settings.
• Evaluate the quality of metal output and make necessary adjustments.
• Generate reports detailing furnace performance and outputs.
• Train and orient new staff on furnace operations and safety practices.
• Collaborate with team members to meet production targets.
• Conduct final inspections of molten metal prior to casting.
• Participate in regular safety meetings and training sessions.
• Maintain cleanliness and order in the work area.
