Job Description

As an E-commerce Manager at Tech Innovations Inc., you'll play a pivotal role in shaping our online strategy. Your primary focus will be on driving digital marketing initiatives, managing the e-commerce platform, and enhancing customer experiences to optimize sales performance.

Responsibilities

• Lead the development and execution of annual e-commerce plans.

• Utilise A/B testing to refine marketing strategies.

• Report regularly to senior management on performance metrics.
• Investigate and resolve any technical issues impacting the e-commerce platform.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing or Business
• Master's degree in Digital Marketing preferred

Experience

• 4+ years of experience managing e-commerce environments

Languages
