Industrial Pharmacist

Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Industrial Pharmacist to oversee the production processes, ensuring compliance with safety and regulatory standards. The candidate will play a vital role in the formulation and manufacturing of pharmaceutical products.

Responsibilities

• Oversee the formulation and optimisation of pharmaceutical products for mass production.
• Conduct experiments and provide analytical insights for process improvement.
• Ensure strict adherence to Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP).
• Facilitate cross-functional collaboration to expedite production scaling.
• Troubleshoot and resolve manufacturing issues to uphold product quality.
• Maintain comprehensive documentation and records of manufacturing activities.
• Engage in internal/external audits and prepare compliance reports.
• Implement risk assessments and mitigation strategies.
• Assist with strategic planning for production capacity and resource allocation.
• Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives.

Requirements

Education

• Master's degree in Pharmacy or related field is preferred
• Additional certifications in industrial pharmacy are advantageous

Experience

• 3-5 years of experience in a pharmaceutical manufacturing environment.
