Job Description
We are seeking an experienced Industrial Pharmacist to oversee the production processes, ensuring compliance with safety and regulatory standards. The candidate will play a vital role in the formulation and manufacturing of pharmaceutical products.
Responsibilities
Oversee the formulation and optimisation of pharmaceutical products for mass production.
Conduct experiments and provide analytical insights for process improvement.
Ensure strict adherence to Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP).
Facilitate cross-functional collaboration to expedite production scaling.
Troubleshoot and resolve manufacturing issues to uphold product quality.
Maintain comprehensive documentation and records of manufacturing activities.
Engage in internal/external audits and prepare compliance reports.
Implement risk assessments and mitigation strategies.
Assist with strategic planning for production capacity and resource allocation.
Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives.
Requirements
Education
Master's degree in Pharmacy or related field is preferred
Additional certifications in industrial pharmacy are advantageous
Experience
3-5 years of experience in a pharmaceutical manufacturing environment.
