We are on the hunt for a skilled Motor Tester to join our quality team. In this role, you will be responsible for performing detailed inspections on motors, documenting results, and working closely with our engineering team to resolve issues. Responsibilities

• Conduct thorough analysis of motor performance through systematic testing.
• Identify issues and recommend appropriate fixes and enhancements.
• Communicate testing results effectively to the engineering teams.
• Implement modifications to improve motor efficiency and reliability.
• Perform necessary repairs on defective motors and retest to ensure compliance.
• Document all testing procedures and outcomes in detailed reports.
• Work in accordance with company health and safety policies.
• Stay informed about innovative testing methodologies and industry standards.
• Engage in team meetings to discuss findings and suggest improvements.
• Mentor junior testers in testing protocols and safety practices.

Requirements

Education

• Technical diploma or degree in Engineering or a related field.
• Higher qualifications preferred.

Experience

• 3+ years of experience in automotive motor testing.
