Job Description

We are seeking a dedicated Environmental Engineer to join our team in Edinburgh. In this role, you'll apply advanced engineering principles to assess and mitigate environmental impacts. You'll collaborate with various stakeholders, contribute to environmental assessments, and help develop innovative solutions tailored to our clients’ needs.

Responsibilities

• Lead environmental studies and impact assessments.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to develop solutions.
• Ensure all project activities comply with relevant environmental legislation.
• Perform fieldwork and site assessments as needed.
• Act as a liaison between clients and regulatory agencies.
• Document and maintain accurate records of environmental assessments.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Environmental Engineering or related field
• Master's degree in a relevant field is highly desirable

Experience

• 4+ years of relevant experience

Technical Skills

• Environmental Modelling
• GIS Software Proficiency

Certifications

• LEED Accredited Professional
• ISO 14001 Lead Auditor Certification

Languages

• English: Fluent

Advantageous
