Job Description

We're on the lookout for an enthusiastic Animal Behaviour Consultant to join our Liverpool practice. You'll be working directly with pet owners to address behaviour issues and provide evidence-based strategies for improvement. Your expertise will help improve the quality of life for both pets and their owners.

Responsibilities

  • Provide behavioural consultations for a diverse range of pets, including dogs and cats.
  • Implement behaviour modification strategies in collaboration with clients.
  • Prepare reports and presentations on behaviour trends and outcomes.
  • Network with other professionals in the industry to share knowledge and develop best practices.
  • Advise on preventative measures to avoid future behavioural issues.
  • Create and maintain a positive, welcoming environment for pet owners and their pets.

Requirements

Education
  • Bachelor's degree in Veterinary Science or Animal related field
  • Further qualifications in Behavioural Studies are preferred.
Experience
  • At least 5 years within a veterinary or animal behaviour consultancy setting
