Job Description

We are seeking a skilled Stapling Machine Operator to join our Manchester team. This important role involves operating and maintaining stapling machines to bind and finish printed materials with precision and quality.

Responsibilities

• Operate stapling machines with a focus on quality and speed.
• Ensure machine settings are correctly adjusted for different binding tasks.
• Conduct regular checks and troubleshoot machinery to minimise downtime.
• Inspect materials pre- and post-production for any defects.
• Assist in maintaining workspace cleanliness and organisation.
• Provide feedback to improve processes and production flows.
• Document and report all production data accurately.

Requirements

Education

• Relevant vocational training is a plus.

Experience

• Experience in a printing or publishing environment is advantageous.

• Knowledge of binding techniques

Languages

• English: Fluent
