Job Description

We are seeking a proactive Telecom Support Specialist to join our team in Hastings. In this role, you will be responsible for providing expert support and troubleshooting for our telecommunications products. You will engage with clients to address their technical needs, ensuring seamless communication.

Responsibilities

  • Handle incoming technical support requests from clients related to telecommunications.
  • Perform diagnostic tests and troubleshooting procedures to resolve customer issues.
  • Ensure a high level of customer satisfaction through effective communication and follow-up.
  • Assist in the development of support documentation and FAQs for client use.
  • Work with team members to develop solutions to avoid recurring issues.
  • Participate in training sessions to enhance product knowledge and support capabilities.

Requirements

Education
  • Bachelor's degree in Telecommunications, Computer Science, or a related field
  • Relevant certifications in telecom support or networking are advantageous.
Experience
  • 2+ years of experience in a technical support role within the telecommunications industry.
