Job Description

As an Account Manager, you will be the primary point of contact for our valued clients, working to build strong relationships and ensure their needs are met with the highest level of service. Your role will involve coordinating with internal teams to deliver tailored marketing solutions that drive client success.

Responsibilities

  • Oversee all aspects of client account management, from onboarding to ongoing support.
  • Provide exceptional customer service and ensure client satisfaction.
  • Collaborate with the sales team to identify potential new business opportunities.
  • Facilitate communication between clients and the marketing team to discern project needs.
  • Track and manage the project timelines and budgets to ensure profitability.
  • Participate in client strategy sessions to provide marketing insights and recommendations.
  • Conduct training or workshops for clients on marketing tools and technologies.

Requirements

Education
  • Bachelor's degree in Business or related field
  • Relevant certifications preferred
Experience
  • 5+ years of experience in account management or client services
