Job Description

Responsibilities

  • Prepare machinery and equipment for production runs.
  • Monitor production processes to ensure they are running efficiently.
  • Load and unload materials and products as required.
  • Implement best practices for quality control.
  • Support the team in meeting daily production goals.
  • Engage in continuous improvement initiatives for production processes.
  • Adhere to health and safety guidelines at all times.
  • Assist with training new staff as needed.
  • Communicate effectively with supervisors and team members.

Requirements

Education
  • High school diploma or equivalent
Experience
  • Prior experience in a manufacturing environment is preferred
