Job Description

We are seeking dedicated Laborers to join our team, responsible for handling materials, preparing surfaces for electroplating, and ensuring quality control throughout the manufacturing process. Ideal candidates should possess a strong attention to detail and the ability to follow instructions carefully.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and clean metal surfaces prior to electroplating.
• Operate electroplating equipment and monitor the process.
• Perform finishing and inspection of plated components according to requirements.
• Carry out quality checks to ensure all work meets industry standards.
• Collaborate with other team members to ensure smooth workflow.
• Drive efficiencies and recommend improvements to processes.
• Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.
• Assist in training new team members as needed.

Requirements

Education

• High School Diploma or equivalent
• Experience in electroplating is a plus

Experience

• Experience in a similar role is preferred but not required

Technical Skills

• Manual dexterity
• Familiarity with hand and power tools

• Adaptability

Languages

• English: Fluent
