Pharmacist

Job Description

We are seeking a dedicated Pharmacist to join our Cardiff team. In this role, you will play a vital part in medication management, providing patient consultations and ensuring optimal therapeutic outcomes.

Responsibilities

• Verify and validate prescriptions handed over by patients.
• Implement medication therapy management plans.
• Advise on the selection of medications based on clinical guidelines.
• Respond to medication-related inquiries from patients and providers.
• Train and mentor pharmacy staff and interns.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Pharmacy or equivalent
• Master's degree in Pharmacy is preferred

Experience

• 1-3 years of experience in a pharmacy setting
