Job Description
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Personal Fitness Trainer to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for helping individuals achieve their fitness goals and possess excellent communication and coaching skills.
Responsibilities
Create and implement varied training plans to avoid stagnation and encourage progress.
Educate clients on the importance of fitness and healthy living.
Assist clients in setting realistic goals and milestones.
Facilitate workshops or group classes focusing on different fitness disciplines.
Ensure safety protocols are adhered to during sessions.
Utilise fitness tracking apps and software to enhance client engagement.
Encourage feedback from clients to improve programmes.
Participate in team meetings to discuss client progress and programme effectiveness.
Requirements
Education
Additional certifications in specialised training programs (e.g., Pre/Postnatal Fitness, Sports Conditioning)
Experience
Experience working with diverse client populations is a plus.

Advantageous
Experience with online coaching or remote training: Ability to coach clients virtually and adapt programmes accordingly.
