Job Description

We are on the lookout for a skilled Project Scheduler to join our dynamic team in Falkirk. As a Project Scheduler, you will play a pivotal role in managing project timelines, resource allocation, and ensuring deadlines are met efficiently. The ideal candidate will have a solid understanding of project management principles and experience with scheduling software.

Responsibilities

• Establish efficient scheduling processes in accordance with project goals.
• Provide scheduling insights to optimize resource allocation.
• Participate in project meetings to discuss timelines and deliverables.
• Maintain accurate records of project schedules and changes.
• Support project managers in meeting project deadlines and milestones.
• Create dashboards for project tracking and reporting.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Management or Engineering
• Certification in Agile Project Management is a plus

Experience

• 3 to 5 years of hands-on experience in scheduling for large projects

• Excel

Languages

• English: Fluent
