Job Description

This position involves sourcing and purchasing high-quality seeds for agricultural purposes, ensuring that our product meets market demands and quality standards.

Responsibilities

  • Provide updates on market conditions and supplier status to the management team.
  • Create and implement purchasing policies and guidelines.

  • Participate in training sessions to enhance procurement skills.
  • Analyse procurement data to drive improved sourcing decisions.
  • Prepare reports detailing purchasing activities and supplier performance.

Requirements

Education
  • Bachelor's degree in Agriculture, Business, or related field.
Experience
  • 2-5 years of experience in seed procurement or related field.
