Job Description

We are seeking a highly motivated Talent Acquisition Partner (TAP) to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for sourcing, attracting, and hiring top talent to meet our organization's recruitment needs. Your exceptional communication skills and understanding of recruitment strategies will be key to your success.

Responsibilities

• Partner with hiring managers to determine staffing needs and develop effective recruitment strategies.
• Source qualified candidates through various channels, including job boards and social media.
• Screen and interview candidates to assess their qualifications and fit for the organisation.
• Manage the end-to-end recruitment process while ensuring a positive candidate experience.
• Collaborate with hiring managers to negotiate and finalise job offers.
• Maintain accurate records of candidate interactions and recruitment activities.
• Stay abreast of industry trends to enhance recruitment practices.
• Conduct reference checks and background screenings as needed.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
• Professional certification in HR or Talent Acquisition is desirable

Experience

• Minimum of 3 years of experience in recruitment or talent acquisition roles, preferably in a similar industry.
