Responsibilities

  • Partner with hiring managers to determine staffing needs and develop effective recruitment strategies.
  • Source qualified candidates through various channels, including job boards and social media.
  • Screen and interview candidates to assess their qualifications and fit for the organisation.
  • Manage the end-to-end recruitment process while ensuring a positive candidate experience.
  • Collaborate with hiring managers to negotiate and finalise job offers.
  • Maintain accurate records of candidate interactions and recruitment activities.
  • Stay abreast of industry trends to enhance recruitment practices.
  • Conduct reference checks and background screenings as needed.

Requirements

Education
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
  • Professional certification in HR or Talent Acquisition is desirable
Experience
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in recruitment or talent acquisition roles, preferably in a similar industry.
