Job Description

An exciting opportunity has arisen for an Automation Clerk to join our dynamic team. We are looking for an experienced individual who can work efficiently and effectively to automate our processes and systems. The successful candidate will be responsible for supporting the delivery of automation projects and ensuring the smooth operation of automated systems.

Responsibilities

  • Build and enhance automation systems to boost operational efficiency.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve issues with existing automation solutions.
  • Develop training materials and conduct workshops for team members.
  • Interface with IT and other departments to ensure smooth integration.
  • Monitor system performance and implement improvements.
  • Stay updated with industry trends in automation technology.
  • Conduct risk assessments for automation processes and systems.
  • Coordinate with suppliers for automation tools and materials.
  • Participate in continuous improvement initiatives within the organisation.

Requirements

Education
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field
  • Relevant industry certifications such as UiPath Certified RPA Developer or Blue Prism Accredited Developer
Experience
  • At least 2 years of experience in automation development and support
