Job Description

We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Trailer Park Manager to oversee the operations and maintenance of our trailer park. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring the park runs smoothly, maintaining a high level of cleanliness and safety, managing finances, overseeing tenant relations, and coordinating maintenance and repair activities.

Responsibilities

  • Oversee and optimise daily operations of the trailer park.
  • Ensure cleanliness, safety compliance, and operational efficiency.
  • Implement tenant marketing and leasing strategies to improve occupancy rates.
  • Manage the full tenant lifecycle including lease agreements and rule enforcement.
  • Handle financial management including budgets and rent collections.
  • Facilitate open communication and relations with residents.
  • Supervise maintenance and cleaning teams, ensuring all tasks are completed on time.
  • Manage vendor contracts and compliance with local regulations.
  • Carry out inspections on facilities and amenities to assure quality.
  • Cross-train staff on various park operations and protocols.

Requirements

Education
  • High school diploma or equivalent required
  • Bachelor's degree in property management or business administration is preferred
Experience
  • 2-3 years of experience in property management, ideally in the trailer park sector
