Job Description

As a Mellowing Machine Operator, you will take charge of operating and maintaining mellowing machines crucial for delivering top-tier product quality. This role is pivotal in ensuring production efficiency and adherence to safety protocols.

Responsibilities

• Set up and calibrate mellowing equipment per product requirements.
• Ensure smooth operation of the mellowing process, making necessary adjustments.
• Conduct routine maintenance on equipment to prevent breakdowns.
• Document all production data accurately, including machine logs and quality control records.
• Maintain compliance with health, safety, and environmental regulations.
• Communicate effectively with team members to troubleshoot issues as they arise.

Requirements

Education

• Relevant vocational training is advantageous

Experience

• Minimum 1 year of experience in the food and beverage sector preferred
