Job Description

We are on the lookout for a Senior Systems Engineer (VMware) to bolster our technical team. The successful candidate will possess in-depth knowledge of VMware solutions, and will be responsible for designing and implementing scalable systems that support our diverse client needs. Your expertise will help streamline processes and enhance overall client satisfaction.

Responsibilities

• Implement advanced VMware solutions including vSphere, vSAN, and NSX.
• Work closely with network engineers to integrate VMware solutions with existing network infrastructures.
• Ensure high availability and disaster recovery strategies within the VMware environment.
• Identify potential scalability issues and assess capacity for growth within the systems.
• Assist in the migration of existing applications to virtual environments while minimizing downtime.
• Collaborate with development teams to ensure system compatibility and performance standards.
• Prepare detailed reports on system health and performance for management review.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's in Information Technology or a related discipline
• Relevant certifications such as MCSE or CCNP are preferred

Experience

• 5+ years of hands-on experience with VMware and network infrastructure
