We are seeking a skilled Electrical Engineer to join our innovative team in Bristol. The successful candidate will be responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining electrical systems and components, ensuring compliance with industry standards. Responsibilities

• Lead electrical design projects from inception to completion.
• Work closely with contractors to oversee installation processes.
• Perform risk assessments and ensure mitigation strategies are implemented.
• Review project plans and specifications for quality assurance.
• Engage in continuous improvement initiatives to enhance project efficiency.
• Mentor junior engineers and provide guidance on engineering principles.
• Prepare and manage budgets for electrical projects.
• Conduct site inspections and audits to ensure compliance with design specifications.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver integrated solutions.
• Present technical solutions to clients and stakeholders.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering or a technical discipline
• Master's degree in Electrical Engineering is preferred

Experience

• 5+ years of experience in electrical engineering roles
