Job Description

As a Supply Aide, you'll play a pivotal role in ensuring that our supply chain runs smoothly. You will assist with inventory control, purchasing, and logistics coordination while maintaining high levels of accuracy and efficiency. Your strong organisational skills and attention to detail will be key in managing supply chain activities effectively.

Responsibilities

• Support inventory control efforts, ensuring stock levels meet required standards.
• Help in processing supplier orders and track their delivery schedules.
• Collaborate with the operations team to ensure efficient logistics management.
• Prepare and maintain accurate documentation relating to supply chain processes.
• Address and troubleshoot supply chain issues as they arise.
• Assist in training new hires on supply chain processes and inventory systems.

Requirements

Education

• Relevant qualifications in supply chain management or logistics are advantageous

Experience

• Experience in inventory management is a significant plus.
