Job Description

Seeking a dedicated Fifth Hand to support higher-skilled workers in our manufacturing plant. This is an excellent opportunity for individuals looking to develop their skills in a fast-paced environment, focusing on health and safety, efficiency, and quality.

Responsibilities

  • Assist the fourth and third hands in performing their tasks.
  • Follow instructions and guidelines provided by senior team members.
  • Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations at all times.
  • Maintain a clean and organized work area.
  • Contribute to process improvements and suggest ideas for increasing efficiency.
  • Inspect and report any defects or issues with materials or equipment.
  • Complete required documentation accurately and in a timely manner.
  • Collaborate with the team to achieve production targets.
  • Take part in training and skill development programmes as required.

Requirements

Education
  • No specific qualifications required.
Experience
  • Previous experience as a Fifth Hand would be advantageous but not essential.
