Responsibilities

• Accurately process and prepare customer orders for dispatch.
• Oversee product displays and ensure compliance with merchandising standards.
• Engage with customers to provide product knowledge and assistance.
• Perform regular inventory checks and assist with stock takes.
• Maintain a tidy workspace and assist with store cleanliness.
• Work with the team to improve operational efficiency.
• Training new staff on company procedures and customer service protocols.
• Ensure all health and safety regulations are adhered to.
• Monitor product expiry dates and rotate stock as necessary.
• Collaborate with management to identify areas for improvement.

Requirements

Education

• Minimum high school diploma or equivalent qualification

Experience

• 1-2 years of experience in a customer service or retail role
