Job Description

We are seeking a dedicated Veterinary Nurse to join our lively team in Nottingham. In this role, you'll provide essential nursing care for a variety of animals, including dogs, cats, and small pets. Your responsibilities will include assisting with surgeries, conducting health checks, and providing compassionate client support.

Responsibilities

• Perform health checks on animals upon arrival.
• Work closely with the veterinary team to develop care plans.
• Promote a positive and caring environment for both clients and patients.
• Assist in the training of new staff and apprentices.
• Manage inventory of medical supplies and medications.

Requirements

Education

• Registered Veterinary Nurse qualification
• Diploma in Veterinary Nursing is desirable

Experience

• 2+ years of experience in a clinical setting

• Emergency care

Certifications

• Veterinary Nursing Certificate
• Pet First Aid Certification

Languages
