Job Description

We are seeking a highly motivated and reliable Charge Aide to join our team. The Charge Aide will provide essential support to charge nurses and assist in managing overall patient care effectively.

Responsibilities

  • Support charge nurses in all aspects of patient care management.
  • Document patient care activities and update medical records.
  • Assist patients with daily living activities as needed.
  • Help with patient mobility and comfort during their stay.
  • Maintain a clean and safe environment for patients.
  • Coordinate with healthcare professionals for optimal care delivery.
  • Participate in training sessions to enhance skills and knowledge.
  • Attend interdisciplinary meetings and contribute to care planning.

Requirements

Education
  • High school diploma or equivalent
Experience
  • Experience in a hospital or clinical setting is an advantage.
