Responsibilities
Support charge nurses in all aspects of patient care management.
Document patient care activities and update medical records.
Assist patients with daily living activities as needed.
Help with patient mobility and comfort during their stay.
Maintain a clean and safe environment for patients.
Coordinate with healthcare professionals for optimal care delivery.
Participate in training sessions to enhance skills and knowledge.
Attend interdisciplinary meetings and contribute to care planning.
