Responsibilities

• Direct and manage project development from beginning to end.
• Create and maintain comprehensive project documentation.
• Ensure that all projects are delivered on-time, within scope and within budget.
• Anticipate potential project challenges and proactively manage them.
• Develop and maintain relationships with clients and stakeholders.
• Perform risk management and issue resolution.
• Support team members in their professional development and performance improvement.
• Conduct project closure and retrospective meetings.

Requirements

Education

• Master's degree in Project Management or related field
• Lean Six Sigma certification is a plus

Experience

• 5+ years of experience in managing complex projects
