We are seeking a compassionate and skilled Veterinary Surgeon to join our Brighton team, dedicated to providing exceptional care to domestic animals. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in surgery and a passion for animal welfare.

Responsibilities

• Deliver preventative healthcare through vaccinations and health checks.
• Perform routine and complex surgeries on pets.
• Educate and counsel pet owners on health and wellness practices.
• Work with the veterinary team to create a positive clinic environment.
• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of the latest veterinary treatments and services.
• Contribute to the training and development of veterinary staff and interns.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor’s degree in Veterinary Medicine or related field
• Postgraduate qualification (e.g., Diploma, CertAVP) is beneficial

Experience

• Experience in an emergency or referral practice is an advantage
