Job Description

We are seeking a motivated Distribution Planner to join our vibrant team in Bangor. The successful candidate will be responsible for optimizing our logistics operations and ensuring timely delivery of goods. Responsibilities

  • Liaise with transport providers to coordinate distribution schedules.
  • Maintain compliance with health and safety regulations in all logistics operations.
  • Utilize software tools for tracking shipments and evaluating delivery performance.
  • Train and mentor junior staff on logistics and distribution best practices.
  • Participate in negotiations with suppliers to secure advantageous terms.

Requirements

Education
  • Degree in Business Administration, Logistics, or similar
Experience
  • 3-5 years of experience in a logistics planning role

  • MS Excel & Analytics Tools

Certifications
  • Institute of Logistics and Transport (ILT) Certification
