Job Description

We are on the lookout for a proactive and enthusiastic Customer Success Manager to enhance client relationships in Manchester. The ideal candidate will possess strong communication skills and a customer-centric attitude, striving to ensure our clients achieve their desired outcomes using our products.

Responsibilities

  • Lead customer onboarding initiatives, ensuring smooth transitions and user adoption.
  • Create educational content to support client learning and maximise product usage.
  • Work with customers to define success criteria and measure outcomes.
  • Identify potential churn and proactively address concerns to retain clients.
  • Organise customer events and workshops to strengthen community engagement.
  • Report on account status and key insights to senior management.

Requirements

Education
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing or related discipline
Experience
  • 3-5 years of experience in customer success or similar roles
