We are seeking a highly motivated and skilled Hostler to join our team. The Hostler will be responsible for efficiently moving and parking vehicles within our facility, ensuring their proper positioning and availability for various operations.

Responsibilities

• Manage vehicle movements within designated zones effectively.
• Coordinate with other team members for optimal vehicle positioning.
• Monitor vehicle conditions and ensure they meet safety standards.
• Record vehicle movements accurately for operational efficiency.
• Facilitate loading and unloading processes in a timely manner.
• Engage in ongoing training to improve skills and safety awareness.
• Report operational issues to management promptly.
• Assist in maintaining a safe working environment.
• Provide support to new staff in understanding operational protocols.

Requirements

Education

• Valid UK driving license

Experience

• Experience operating different types of vehicles (e.g., trucks, forklifts).

Certifications

• Forklift Certification

Languages

• English: Fluent
