Responsibilities

• Design and lead supply chain projects to enhance operational performance.
• Monitor supplier performance and implement corrective actions as necessary.
• Support sustainability initiatives in supply chain practices.
• Engage in market research to understand industry trends and dynamics.
• Create and maintain documentation related to supply chain processes.
• Implement training sessions for staff to improve supply chain knowledge.
• Manage budgets associated with supply chain operations.
• Establish key performance indicators (KPIs) for supply chain management.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management or related field
• Master's degree is advantageous

Experience

• 5+ years of experience in a managerial capacity within supply chain management
