Job Description

We are seeking a skilled Demolder to join our team. The Demolder will be responsible for safely and efficiently removing molds from various products in a manufacturing environment. This role is crucial in maintaining our production flow and ensuring product quality.

Responsibilities

• Follow safety procedures and guidelines to ensure a safe working environment.
• Inspect molds for damage and wear.
• Clean and prepare molds for demolding.
• Use appropriate tools and equipment to remove molded products from the molds.
• Ensure the demolding process does not damage the products or molds.
• Record and report any issues or malfunctions with the molds.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization in the demolding area.
• Assist in mold assembly and disassembly as needed.

Requirements

Education

• No formal qualifications required
• Experience with specific molding techniques and materials

Experience

• Prior experience in a similar role is desirable.

Technical Skills

• Familiarity with molding machines
• Basic computer skills

Soft Skills

• Good time management
