Job Description

We are on the lookout for an experienced Supply Chain Manager to oversee our supply chain activities in London. This role involves monitoring and improving supply chain performance while ensuring compliance with regulations. You will liaise with suppliers, negotiate contracts, and manage inventory levels effectively. A background in logistics or supply chain management with proven leadership skills will be highly beneficial.

Responsibilities

  • Design efficient supply chain processes that align with organisational goals.
  • Establish metrics for measuring supply chain performance.
  • Collaborate with team members to forecast demand and manage stock levels.
  • Negotiate contracts with vendors and service providers.
  • Ensure timely restocking of inventory based on demand analysis.
  • Monitor market trends to identify potential opportunities and risks.
  • Support sustainability initiatives within the supply chain.
  • Resolve any logistical issues that arise and implement solutions.
  • Lead training sessions for staff on best supply chain practices.

Requirements

Education
  • Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or related field
  • Master's degree is an advantage
