We are seeking a detail-oriented Production Planner to join our team in Derry. This role involves overseeing production schedules, ensuring efficient workflow, and optimising resource allocation to meet production targets.
Responsibilities
Assess and report on capacity constraints in production.
Ensure all production plans comply with safety and environmental regulations.
Facilitate communication between engineering and production teams.
Conduct regular reviews of manufacturing processes for continual improvement.
Train staff on production planning tools and processes.
Stay updated on industry trends and competitor practices.
Requirements
Education
HNC or HND in Manufacturing, Engineering or related field
Experience
3+ years in a manufacturing environment, ideally in a planning role
