Job Description

We are seeking a Roads Superintendent to manage all aspects of road construction and maintenance. You will work closely with engineers and local authorities, ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations. Strong project management skills are essential for this role.

Responsibilities

  • Conduct site assessments and feasibility studies to inform project decisions.
  • Implement environmental management plans for road projects.
  • Train and mentor junior staff and new hires in road construction standards and practices.

Requirements

Education
  • Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or a related field
  • Master's degree in a relevant discipline is preferred
Experience
  • At least 5 years managing road construction projects.
