Join our fast-paced manufacturing team as a Forging Machine Setter, Operator, and Tender. You will play a vital role in setting up and operating forging machines that shape metal and plastic components, ensuring high-quality production standards.

Responsibilities

• Operate and monitor forging machines for optimal performance.
• Verify and maintain correct material specifications.
• Respond quickly to operational concerns, adjusting machinery as necessary.
• Conduct quality checks on finished products to meet standards.
• Document production activities and maintain equipment logs.
• Assist in machine maintenance and upkeep.
• Engage with design engineers to ensure optimal production performance.
• Participate in team meetings to address production strategies.
• Adhere to safety regulations and company protocols.
• Assist in training and onboarding of new hires.

Requirements

Education

• High School Diploma or equivalent
• Certification in manufacturing or machinery operation is advantageous

Experience

• 1+ years of hands-on experience in a manufacturing environment, especially with forging machines

Technical Skills

Languages
