Responsibilities
Operate and monitor forging machines for optimal performance.
Verify and maintain correct material specifications.
Respond quickly to operational concerns, adjusting machinery as necessary.
Conduct quality checks on finished products to meet standards.
Document production activities and maintain equipment logs.
Assist in machine maintenance and upkeep.
Engage with design engineers to ensure optimal production performance.
Participate in team meetings to address production strategies.
Adhere to safety regulations and company protocols.
Assist in training and onboarding of new hires.
Requirements
Education
High School Diploma or equivalent
Certification in manufacturing or machinery operation is advantageous
Experience
1+ years of hands-on experience in a manufacturing environment, especially with forging machines
